Founding Vision

1972 – 1980

In 1972, Ali Embroidery Mills embarked on its odyssey with just two embroidery machines. By 1978, driven by relentless passion and burgeoning demand, our capacity flourished twofold.

Overcoming Adversity

1980 – 1988

The Iran-Iraq War in the early 1980s challenged us, but we adapted, leading to Bareeze’s launch in 1984. The 1988 floods caused a three-month factory shutdown, testing our commitment to integrity and perseverance without flood insurance.

Expansion and Leadership

1990 – 2010

In 1992, we expanded our capacity by 50% with a new factory, reflecting our growth and ambition. By 2010, AEML became the country’s largest Schiffli production facility, solidifying our leadership in the textile industry.

Leadership and Welfare

2010 – 2013

By 2010, AEML became the country’s largest Schiffli production facility. In 2012, we advanced with multihead embroidery machines, and in 2013, we launched a workers’ pension fund to support employee welfare.

Resilience During COVID-19

2020

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we faced unprecedented challenges but upheld our commitment to our employees by avoiding layoffs and ensuring full salaries, even delivering them to homes. We also paid contractors in full, demonstrating our dedication to our workforce and community.

2024

By 2024, AEML had upgraded to 33 state-of-the-art Schiffli machines and 114 multihead machines, maintaining our position at the forefront of the industry and continuing our tradition of excellence.
